Until I read your site - yikes! I obviously made a huge mistake! I Spring Hill animal control immediately decided to re-open the hole and try to remove the rags. However, today had 60 mph wind gusts and my neighbors are now all busy doing their family weekend stuff. One tried to reassure me there probably was no squirrel if the insulation was outside on my lawn - Spring Hill animal control surely they were taking it away to another site.
