Town 'n' Country wildlife control tip of the month:

The raccoons came out and reset the trap and put more bait in there. Tuesday morning once again all of the bait was taken in the deck trap and nothing in the front trap. They Town 'n' Country animal control came out Tuesday, moved the front trap to the base of a downspout in the back of the house, and put more bait in the trap on the deck. Wednesday morning we had a raccoon trapped in the trap which was near the downspout in the Town 'n' Country animal control back of the house. They came out, removed the animal, and determined that it was a male.

I haven't heard anything in the attic since the original noise last Sunday morning. Wednesday night (Thursday morning) about 3:30A we had a big thunderstorm, and I got up on the step in Town 'n' Country pest control the walk-in closet and looked through the opening in our ceiling into the attic (where I first saw the raccoon) just to see if they were back in there during a rainstorm. I saw nothing. Thursday night I played some loud music from about 10P-1A Town 'n' Country pest control to either flush them out, if any were up there, or deter them from coming in. Once again, I heard nothing.

Friday morning I got up on the roof and covered up the Town 'n' Country wildlife removal opening with just a piece of cardboard, which could easily be pushed out from the inside or pulled out from the outside, but still I heard nothing, and the cardboard wasn't moved Friday. Yesterday (Sat) I again got up on the roof and Town 'n' Country wildlife removal put even more secure covering (2 x4) to keep the cardboard in place. Again, we haven't heard anything up there in a week, since the original raccoon that I saw that Sunday morning.

The traps are still in place. No bait has been touched since we trapped the raccoon on Wednesday. I'm guessing that maybe it was a single raccoon and they were not in "packs." And since it was a male, the Town 'n' Country animal trapping good news is that there are definitely no babies up there, or we would have heard them. If there is still anything in there, they will have a hell of a time getting out, or they will have to find a new exit from the attic, and the thinking Town 'n' Country animal trapping is that we would hear them trying to get out.

It just seems that perhaps there is nothing left up there, and maybe I can Town 'n' Country animal trapping move to permanently close the hole by getting either a roofer or a handyman to replace the particleboard that was chewed behind the siding which is how they got into my attic. I just don't know how long I should wait, waiting for more to come out Town 'n' Country exterminator of there, if they are in there.

So that's my story for the week. It so happened that I guy that I bowl with on a bowling team also had a raccoon in his attic, he also had it trapped, and it was a female. Guess this Town 'n' Country exterminator is the season for raccoons. Thanks so much, David. Don
